Option A — vocal samples and packs

Licensed vocal samples, chops, hooks, or toplines from a sample pack — integrated and processed as part of the production. Adds production time but no cost.

I brief and coordinate a trusted vocalist on your behalf. Their recording is integrated and mixed as part of the production — their fee is quoted separately and agreed upfront before any recording begins.

You send professionally mixed stems and I integrate them into the production — balancing levels, adjusting FX sends, and making sure the vocal sits correctly in the track I've built. The vocal mix itself is not changed.

Labelled 24-bit WAV stems required — a single bounce limits what I can do

Vocal mixing rates apply
Unmixed vocals need cleaning, tuning, EQ, compression, reverb, and delay before they can be integrated. This is treated as a vocal mixing service added to the production cost, priced at my standard vocal mixing rates depending on stem count.

Proof of rights for your own performance required before delivery
Rights and credits — what we need from you
For any vocal that didn't originate in this production, proof of rights is required before files are released. This protects you, any featured artists, and ensures the right people are credited on the final release.
Sample pack — licence confirmation or receipt
Your own vocals — confirmation of sole authorship or co-writer agreement
Third-party artist — written permission or split sheet signed by all parties
Professionally recorded by another engineer — confirmation you hold the master rights
Timing is everything. Vocals affect the arrangement, the mix, and the energy of the track. Any vocal route must be confirmed at the discovery stage — adding vocals after the partial draft has been signed off will affect the timeline and may add to the cost. If a vocal element changes after sign-off, it's treated as a scope change and quoted separately.
Revisions
Once vocals are integrated, any issues with how they sit in the production — level, tone, space, or balance — fall under the unlimited revision policy. You won't be charged extra to get it right. The only exceptions are changes that fall outside the original scope: a different vocalist, re-recording a performance, or adding vocal stems that weren't part of the original brief.

You've built something — a loop, a draft, a half-finished track — and it's not quite there. Maybe the arrangement isn't landing, the mix feels off, or you can't get the sound design to sit right. Co-production is where you bring me in to help finish what you've started, without handing the project over entirely.

Fixed baseline fee
I review your project files and give you a clear picture of what's working and what isn't
We agree on the priority areas — mixing, arrangement, sound design, or a combination
First round of work applied and returned to you with notes
You decide whether to continue from there or take it from that point yourself
Additional work beyond the baseline
Once the diagnostic is done, further rounds are charged at my hourly rate. You'll always know how much time is being spent before I start — no surprises.

How it works

Send your project
Vocal Share your FL Studio session or stems remotely along with a brief — what you've got, what's not working, and what you want to achieve. The more specific, the better. or licensed pack

Diagnostic and quote
I review the project and give you an honest picture of the work involved — which areas need attention and roughly how many hours I'd expect it to take. You approve the scope before anything starts.

First round of work
The £90 baseline covers the diagnostic and the first round of changes returned to you. You hear the difference before committing to further hours.
04
Iterate or wrap up
If you want to continue, additional rounds are billed at £45/hr and agreed before each session. If you're happy after the first round, that's the end of it — no obligation to continue.

What co-production is not
Co-production is for tracks that already exist in some form — it's not a from-scratch ghost production service. If your project is at the idea stage rather than a draft stage, a ghost production package is the better fit. If you're not sure which applies, the diagnostic will make that clear.
